Sections 1-8 of the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Packet, including a recent physical examination performed after June 1 must be completed and submitted to the Penncrest Main Office 2 weeks prior to the start of pre-season. Athletes will NOT be permitted to participate practices/activities without a physical.
