For the 2023 SPRING / SUMMER AAU Season ... the AUF Lady Hawks will have two (2) HIGH SCHOOL Aged Girls Teams:

Tryout session follows below.  A one time $20 fee per player per session will be imposed to defray operating expenses for gym rental and trainer fees.

 
Workout Date:            March 4 (Saturday Night)
Workout Time:           7PM to 9PM
Workout Location:     Mercer County College Gym, 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor, NJ
 
It is recommended that interested players / families register before hand by emailing Coach Mike at mrnsports@cs.com prior to the workout.

The AUF Lady Hawks AAU program is designed with a specific emphasis on "sharing the ball" in an effort that all of its high school aged student-athletes get the "touches and exposure" they need to shine during the "live period"! 

 

So many AAU programs market anywhere from 2 to 4 players ... with the remainder of the kids just filling out the roster.  Our AUF Lady Hawks program DOES NOT play that way ... as we do a lot to market each of our young ladies with emails, letters and phone calls to colleges ... to make sure all our girls are "front and center" on a coach's radar!

 

At the end of the day, our effectiveness as an organization and coaching staff speaks for itself, as the competitiveness of our team and the talent of our Lady Hawks is recognized by College coaches during Showcase events ... as evidenced by the number of alumni that have gone on to play at the next level ... D1 through D3.

The AUF program is moving into its 14th year and has consistently won and competed at a high level each and every year. Since its inaugural Spring season in 2007, the AUF Lady Hawks have achieved a significant amount of success playing against top notch talent from NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE, MD and VA.

The organization conveniently practices in Mercer County and utilizes former professional player Dewey Ferguson as both a coach and head trainer for all of its integrated Skills & Drills sessions.  In addition, the AUF Lady Hawks integrate a nice "BIGs Training" regiment watched under the careful eye of former Northeastern University Division 1 Coach Chelsea Ferguson Perry  ... to insure our Forwards & Centers  are increasing their aptitude with exercises tailored just for them!

For the upcoming 2021 Spring AAU campaign, both squads will once again compete at the "A Level" of AAU Sanctioned Tournaments ... including multiple Showcase & NCAA Live Period events ... in an effort to provide maximum exposure for all of our future college bound players!
