Rt. 4 east exit by the Hilton. Go up ramp to 3rd light and make a left onto Lemoine Ave. Go to next light and make a right onto Bridge Plaza North. Go through blinking yellow light and make second left which leads into parking lot. Gym is in the back north side of building.
