Former Marauders softball great Lisa Dodd has been selected as one of the Top 50 high school athletes in San Diego Section history (since 1960). As the only softball player to make the list, she is considered the best in her sport. Dodd played three years for Mira Mesa in the early 2000's before going on to star at UCLA, and she is currently the head coach at UNLV. Dodd is the only Mira Mesa athlete to be chosen for this tremendous honor.
