2026 WSWA FS & GR State Championships (WA)
Nineteen NWWC wrestlers traveled to Spokane, WA over the weekend of May 1st to compete at the 2026 WSWA Freestyle & Greco-Roman State Championships. Over the course of the two tournaments, NWWC racked-up 125 matches and finished whith 60 victories, 21 individual medals, three individual State Titles and David Lakoduk of Port Orchard, age 14, earned the prestigious Triple Crown Award (2026 Folkstyle, Freestyle & Greco-Roman State Champion). Eight NWWC wrestlers traveled to Centralia, WA over the weekend of March 27th to compete for Team Washington at the 2026 USAW Northwest 16U/Junior Freestyle & Greco-Roman Regional Championships. Over the course of the two tournaments, NWWC wrestled 47 matches and finished with 20 wins, two medals and two berths in the 2026 USAW Junior Freestyle & Greco-Roman National Championships. Thirty-six NWWC wrestlers traveled to the Tacoma Dome on Sunday, February 22nd to compete among Washington's top two-thousand folkstyle wrestlers at the 2026 WSWA Folkstyle State Championships (State). Over the course of the 12-hour tournament, NWWC racked up 126 matches, 67 wins, 36 wins by fall, 22 State medals and four individual State championships. Out of the 158 wrestling clubs in attendance, NWWC finished top-ten for the 11th year in a row. Congratulations to all thirty-six NWWC wrestlers.

NWWC's Blue & Gold team traveled to Port Orchard, WA on Friday, February 6th to take on the South Kitsap PeeWees and the North Mason Stingers for the third double dual of the 2026 Joe Aiken League wrestling season. Four NWWC wrestlers traveled to Redmond, Oregon over the weekend of January 16th to compete at the 2026 Oregon Wrestling Classic. 2025 Northwest Ultimate Wrestler (WA)
Sunday, December 21st was a fantastice day at the Kitsap Sun Pavilion in Bremerton, Washington where NWWC hosted it 13th annual Northwest Ultimate Wrestler tournament. Beginning with Coach Hoyt's pregame prayer and continuing with the presentation of the 2024-25 NWWC 100-Club winners, the 2025 Northwest Ultimate Wrestler ultimately delivered hundreds of tremendous matches featuring athletes from 46 clubs throughout the state. Over the course of 5 hours of competition, 34 NWWC wrestlers tallied up 121 matches, earned 55 wins and finished with 25 medals and seven individual championships, all behind the leadership of 26 NWWC coaches, an outstanding officiating crew and the best concession team in the business. Congratulations to NWWC, the awesome support and all 34 NWWC wrestlers.

Lions Den Championships | Folkstyle (WA)
Seven NWWC wrestlers traveled to Tacoma, WA on Saturday, October 18th to compete at the Lions Den Championships | Folkstyle. Over the short day of competition, NWWC wrestled 28 matches and brought home 16 wins, ten wins by fall, four medals and Finn Devine of Bremerton, age 17, finished first in the Junior 164-lb bracket. Congratulations to all seven NWWC wrestlers.

2025 California World Challenge (CA)
NWWC's William Moran of Gig Harbor, age 15, traveled to Fresno, CA over the weekend of October 11th to compete among 800 elite wrestlers from 195 clubs at the 2025 California World Challenge. Over the course of the tournament, Mr. Moran wrestled eight matches and finished with six wins, two wins by fall and the High School Freshman/Sophomore 150-lb championship. 2025 RMN Armageddon
Ten NWWC wrestlers traveled to Centralia, WA on Saturday, October 4th to kick off the 2025-26 Folkstyle wrestling season with some major competition at the inaugural RMN Armageddon Tournament. Over the course of the day, NWWC wrestled 45 matches and earned 24 wins, 11 medals and Colton Fernandez of Gig Harbor, age 11, finished first in the 12U 78-lb division. Congratulations to all ten NWWC wrestlers.
