In 2025, his first year as Little League NJ District 18 District Administrator Mike had led the District to 4 NJ State Championships including 2 appearances in Regional Tournaments in Bristol, CT. Jackson Holbrook LL appeared in the Little League (12s) Baseball Metro Region Tournament and Toms River LL in the Little League (12s) Softball Mid-Atlantic Region Tournament.

Mike served as League President of Brick Little League from 2021 to 2024, before becoming Little League District 18 Administrator in 2025.
During his time as League President in Brick, Mike brought the already well-established League to new levels of success by increasing player registrations, drastically enhanced organization revenues and continued the winning tradition in tournament play becoming the winningest League President in charter history with 9 Tournament Championship Banners.
Mike has a deep-rooted history of local community and baseball, both as a lifelong Brick Township resident and playing Little League baseball at the same complex where he volunteers and coaches.
He lives in Brick, NJ with his wife Maureen and 2 sons Brendan and Derek, and their dog Daisy.
He also has a strong background in professional baseball, where he worked in Sports Marketing for the New York Yankees, New York Mets, Somerset Patriots and the Lakewood BlueClaws.
Fun Fact:
Mike was a Sports Marketing Intern for the Yankees while in College at the Richard Stockton College of NJ and was working at Yankee Stadium when Aaron Boone hit his walk off HR vs the Red Sox to send the Yankees to the World Series
