WAIVER INFORMATION

I/We acknowledge that I/we are to provide an athletic supporter, cup and a heart guard for my child's protection. I/We hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the Spotswood Youth Baseball & Softball League (SYBSL) Travel Team program and will not hold any individual, Board Member, certified coach or parent responsible for any injury to my/our child sustained under normal game and practice situations. I/We also agree to and authorize my/our child to participate in all SYBSL activities on and off the field. BIRTH CERTIFICATES will be required for ALL children that register. BACKGROUND CHECKS are required for ALL Board Members, Managers and Coaches.

I/We understand that my/our child may be selected to play on a team based on merit and final rosters are at the discretion of SYBSL. All teams are age specific according to age as of April 30, 2023. Roster sizes are limited and the number of teams and age groups will be will be determined by the overall level of interest.
