2025 Concession Volunteer Registration

This form may be submitted online or you may print the form out and return it to the concession stand. SHIFT REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Please keep in mind that our concession stand is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health and only workers are allowed in the stand. While we appreciate all assistance, underage children (13 and younger) are not permitted in the stand.

Parents/guardians who volunteer will have their $30 deposit returned upon completion of a full shift. Deposit can only be returned to the parent(s)/guardian(s) who paid the deposit.

NOTE: If your scheduled shift turns to be "rained out" or you will be absent for your shift, please contact Concession Supervisor Noah Johnson 217-899-9236 asap to reschedule your shift. For those who get "rained out" or are unable to do their concession duty, the concession deposit will not be refunded to you unless you actually work the shift in the season it is intended for. Weather related issues are beyond our control for games and concession duty. Thank you.
