| Good Evening Gentlemen,
Hope all is well.
This is a message requesting your assistance to facilitate a critical process of our league's viability. As we all know, many of the decisions made in our league are dependent on the number of returning members to each team. As it currently stands, we are missing countless registration forms and league fees, and unfortunately we can not rely on verbal commitments to properly plan and run the league this upcoming season.
We do appreciate it is still February and we have lots of snow on the ground, but we are concerned that as our numbers indicate, we may have to change how this league operates unless we can get a more committed response from our outstanding members.
This is what is required:
• A list of all those returning to your team's from the team reps no later than Monday, March 11th - this is a hard deadline.
• Membership funds ($200) for those players to be paid in full by Monday, March 11th - hard deadline – cheques can be payable to the USPL.
The form and payment can be dropped off to the address below (in mailbox) please do NOT ring the bell.

All registration forms are not required at this time if that helps expedite the process, however they will be required before any member plays their first game this season. For insurance purposes, no player will be allowed to play a game until their form is received by the league.

IF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET:
ANY MEMBER THAT IS HAS NOT PAID THIER OUTSTANDING $200 LEAGUE FEE BY MONDAY MARCH 11TH AND INDICATED THEY WILL BE RETURNING TO THIER TEAM (WITH CONFIRMATION FROM THE TEAM REP) WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED INTO THE 'A' DRAFT
These terms are not negotiable. We have already gone beyond the initial deadline and allowed for two more additional weeks. Receiving accurate numbers and funds from our members is critical to the viability and functionality of our upcoming season. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know and we will be happy to clarify any issue.
Again, if payment of league fees by a player is NOT received by end of day Monday, March 11th, their name will be removed from their team list and be entered into the A Draft upon receiving their registration fee and or form, NO EXCEPTIONS.

| I think posting "threats" are meaningless unless they become reality. Otherwise, much like this conversation, they are a waste of time.
Hold people accoutnable.
Either you are in or you are out.
It's a simple process. Get your application in on time, or go A draft.

| and if your question was literal ... the mailing/drop-off address is provided on this website.
All you have to do is write a cheque (or even give cash)and put it in an envelope with your application ...and then deliver it to the address.
