We had an AWESOME!! team had a big team with alot who became National & World Champions. A couple of our teammates switched to ice and became Olympic Champions. I remember traveling every other weekend from West Palm Beach to Tampa and the same who lived in Tampa for the best training between bike riding then outdoor then indoor for 3 days you got a workout. |
