2019 Jr High Track and Field
Rules for entries
IN THE RED & BLUE MEETS –
Individual events:
Schools can enter a maximum of 3 athletes per individual event.
Relays:
Schools may enter 1 4x100 relay team per category
Schools may enter 1 boys and 1 girls 4x400 team
3000m:
Schools may now enter 3 boys and 3 girls into the 3000m.
*IMPORTANT - while athletes will race at the same time, they will now be competing for their age group.
An athlete can enter a maximum of four events* plus relays.
*The PENTATHALON (Shot, LJ, HJ, 800m, Hurdles(80m G/100 B) will be run this year on the Championship Date and will be considered as ONE of the athletes' events.

Please remember that the events need to have several responsible volunteers to HELP . No equipment or expertise is necessary, so plea
se so all you can to be sure the 3 or more volunteers from you school can help provide the necessary amount of support.
Task assigned may be altered or added as the coaches meeting unfolds.
