FIRST NIGHT: Team Check in
Please plan to check your team in at the Cincy3v3 HQ tent before your first scheduled games on June 18th.
Due to the number of teams this year, you may want to plan to arrive 20-30 mins before your first game to allow for ample time. If you're scheduled for a 6pm game the first night, you may check in afterward if necessary. At check in, you'll need to bring the following for each team (all forms available at our website under the documents section):
1. Team fees: All team fees must be paid in FULL before the team plays their first game. No exceptions. We can accept checks by mail (must be received by June 10, 2018), on site or electronic payments via paypal.
2. Team player roster: The official roster will include up to 6 players (be sure to add shirt sizes!). If you have additional players, you should use the SUPPLEMENTAL roster form on our site for any additional / sub players as needed. Every player must be accounted for on a roster form for insurance and age verification..
3. Signed Cincy 3v3 waivers for all players: All players participating in the league must be included on a waiver form and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian signature. This includes alternate players / subs. Multiple sheets may be used and forms can be submitted as needed before any event night if additional players are rostered later. As a reminder, a max of 6 players may be on the sidelines of any game. Please see our league rules online.
4. Concussion info: We will follow the State of Ohio's new concussion rules / guidelines during our games. Referees and most Cincy3v3 staff are trained in concussion awareness and will have the final word on "return to play" during the event and subsequent games. It is suggested that you review the concussion info on our site (documents section) and that you send it out to your teams and advise accordingly.
Reminder, all players participating in league games must be represented on the roster and waiver form turned into the league.
