Anyone Interested in running the Concession stand this year for the Vernal Youth Baseball League

Criteria for bid:
1- Must be willing to pay a $250.00 Cleaning deposit on building. (This will be returned upon inspection of building by Vernal Youth Baseball, and Uintah Park and Rec.)
2- Must submit a menu of what will be served in the concession stand.
3- Must submit the percentage you are going to donate to the Vernal Youth Baseball League. (50/50)(40/60)(ect.)
4- Must have concession stand ready to open before 1st game starts, and must keep concession stand open untill last game ends. No matter how late the last game goes.
5- Must be willing to open for all Tournaments. This will include the Uintah Baseball Academy Tournament in June. It will also include all District, State, and Regional Tournaments held here.
6- All people cooking and preferably all workers must have Tri-County Health Department Food Handlers Permit.
7- You will be in charge of purchasing your own food, and paying for your concession staff. This includes the Taxes.
8- You must only use Coca Cola Products. This includes Dysani Water, Powerade ect.
9- Must be willing to run the Concession stand from 1st day of play, untill the last game of Fall Ball. That includes any rain out games that will be played on Saturdays.
10- Must show the break down of food cost, payroll, and amount of cut.
This is a Very Serious Job, and is alot of hard work. The monies earned at the concession stand helps to pay for Uniforms, Umps, Equipment, ect. This helps keep the cost of sign ups low.
