ELITE SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAMS

PS101 offers elite summer training for the athelete who wants to continue to improve get better and stronger for next season. From on ice skills training to off ice core training the complete package can be designed to suit your player(s), team or groups needs. 

A 5 week training program in July and August with both on ice sessions and optional dryland sessions. Improve skating and skills on ice and improve your core strength off ice and be ready for next season.

Dryland Training

PS101 has teamed with ISPW and offers year round dryland training for your player, group or team. Expert instruction in a controlled enviroment that is fully equipped and insured. PS101 offers opportunities for players, groups or teams to train during the off season to get stronger quickers and more conditioned to start the year. Book your players, group or team now I can book sessions by the month or get the complete package of both on ice and off ice. Be ready for the season and keep strong during it come see why the competition is one step ahead. Please contact PS101 if interested.

PS101 PROSPECTS TEAMS

PS 101 would like to have Prospect Teams Training Programs for all age levels. The Propsects Team Program is more then just games it is a complete program.

PS101 philosphy is to develope players to move to the next level or to continue and flourish at the level they are at. PS101 will provide only the best instructors and coaches for these teams that will keep things moving, keep the development upgrading, and keeping things fun for the players.

If you are interested in participating please contact PS101. It is hoped we have teams at all levels and will compete at the best level for each team. Players will be carefully selected to represent the work ethic and determination of a PS101 team. Assessments will be made  at  evaluation sessions which will be announced as coaches are secured to the program. If interested in being a coach of one of these teams please contact ps8ing101@aol.com

For the 99 and 98 age groups we will be looking atentering teams into the world famous  Chowder Cup tournament in Boston as an extra to the above.

Friday Morning Small Group Sessions

Starting October PS101 will once again be doing morning sessions from 7 to 8am @ Bradford Leisure. These sessions offer great training with the group size kept at a minimum 6 to a mximum 10 skaters. Cost would be $ 140 for 4 sessions. Age and skill level will be appropriate for each group. Sessions focus on edgework with skill development including puck handling, passing and shooting. Goalies are need and are free but only 1 per group. To book your player or your group on a different morning contact PS101 where proper instruction is the difference.
