We are currently seeking volunteers to support our concessions manager
Concessions provides important funding for our program and is critical to continuing to provide a high quality experience for our athletes. We are seeking four concessions shift managers and one assistant concessions manager to join our team.
There's a bonus for you as a volunteer! At the end of the season when all duties are fulfilled you will be refunded 1 child's full registration fee.
Description of Concessions Shift Manager Position:
- Communicating effectively with people in a friendly manner
- Opening and closing some practice shifts during the week (5:30pm - 7:45pm). Your concession schedule would coincide with your son/daughter's practice schedule
- Cash handling
- Required to work one 4 hour shift during home games (4 games). Typically, this is not during your child's game, however it may occur
Description of Assistant Concessions Manager Position:
- This is a CYFCA board member position
- Communicating effectively with people in a friendly manner
- Opening and closing some practice shifts during the week (5:30pm - 7:45pm). Your concession schedule would coincide with your son/daughter's practice schedule
- Cash handling
- Required to work one 4 hour shift during home games (4 games). Typically, this is not during your child's game, however it may occur
- Assisting with making sure all items are stocked and ready for practices and game days. Possible purchase and delivery of items to concession stand
- Assist Concessions Manager in organizational duties
*Requirements - Simple background check (required by law) for cash handling, paid for by CYFCA
