District 31 Little League Umpires

Outreach Days is a great way to give every league that "All Star" game feel.

On most Saturdays during the Little League season, District 31 Staff and

Tournament Umpires will take over the Majors division with 3-4 man umpire crews.

This a great day for leagues to give their umpires the day off and for the coaches,

players and families to experience what it will be like during All Stars.
