The 21st Ward Jr. Baseball League and Roxborough Rebels are excited to welcome your team to our 2026 Roxborough Rumble Tournaments. Please READ THIS CAREFULLY before you complete registration. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM

 
TOURNAMENT DATES*
Weekend #1 (8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 15U):  June 12-14, 2025*
Weekend #2 (7U, 10U-B, 12U-B): June 19-21, 2025*
*When possible, tournaments may begin on Thurs night, based on team availability.
 
Our tournaments are played in Roxborough (Philadelphia, PA) at the Al Pearlman Complex or Hagy's Mill Complex, or local satellite fields within 1 mile if needed.  We offer a fun, competitive atmosphere with a 3-game guarantee. Schedules, standings, and tie-breakers will be managed on the TourneyMachine app.
 
TEAM ELIGIBILITY
  • 7U - 12U tournaments are open only to community Cal Ripken, Little League or community all-star teams - No club/AAU teams.
  • Designated "B" Tournaments are open only to 'B' level Cal Ripken/Little League/Community teams (i.e. your org has multiple A/B teams in an age group). No AAU/Club teams.
  • 15U tournament is open entry (all teams welcome)
May 1, 2026 is the cut-off date to determine player age. Players may only be rostered to one team in the same age group.  
 
REGISTRATION FEES
Weekend #1
8U: $550 per team
9U and 10U: $575 per team
11U and 12U:  $625 per team
15U: $750 per team

Weekend #2
12U-B: $625 per team
10U-B: $575 per team
7U: $475 per team
 
 
To confirm your team's spot, paid registrations are prioritized until each age group fills. Space is very limited and we unfortunately cannot hold spots. Unpaid registrations will be moved to a wait list as each group fills.
 
BAT RULES/FIELD DIMENSIONS
USA Bats only for 7U - 12U age groups.  BBCOR-3 bats only for 15U.
7U is machine pitch
8U is kid pitch on 46/60
9U /10U is 46/60
11U/12U is 50/70
15U is 60/90

Inclement Weather Refund Policy: In the event weather forces changes/cancellations, the refund policy is: Two games played - no refunds. One game played - 75% refund. No games played - 100% refund less $75 admin fee or Full Credit to 2027 tournament. Otherwise registration is non-refundable. 
If any team pulls out for any reason within 30 days of the tournament start date, your registration will not be refunded.
Teams must provide proof of insurance prior to their first game. Further details to be provided about 4 weeks prior to the tournament. Schedules are published on Tourney Machine about 10 days prior to the tournament.

3 Games Guaranteed

The format will be dependent on the number of teams at each age level.

Rules:

Rules will be posted in the "Handouts" section of 21stward.com by July 1, 2016.

Refund Policy:

  1. If no games are played due to inclement weather, teams will receive a full refund.
  2. If one game is played, with remaining games called off, teams will receive 50% refund.
  3. If two games are played, with remaining games called off, teams will receive $100 credit towards the next 21st Ward Tournament.
