The Football Committee and Classification Committee have proposed the following alignments for the 2025 football season. This is set to be voted upon by the Maine Principals Association at their Spring interscholastic meeting.

Class A - Northern region
Bangor, Deering, Edward Little, Lewiston, Oxford Hills, Portland, Windham

Class A - Southern region
Bonny Eagle, Massabesic, Noble, Sanford, Scarborough, South Portland, Thornton Academy

Class B - Northern region
Brunswick, Cony, Fryeburg Academy, Lawrence, Messalonskee, Mt. Blue, Skowhegan

Class B - Southern region
Biddeford, Cheverus, Gorham, Falmouth, Kennebunk, Marshwood, Westbrook

Class C
Brewer, Foxcroft Academy, Gardiner, Greely, Hampden Academy, Hermon, Leavitt, Medomak Valley, Nokomis, Oceanside, Old Town, Wells, York

Class D - Northern region
