Baseball Ontario put a call out to Affiliates to confirm entry and pay the tournament entry fee by February 28th. Should more than 12 affiliates do so, a draw will be held to determine playdowns.  Teams participating in playdowns must complete their best-of-three series between May 25th and June 8th.

Each team can have up to 16 players and 3 coaches.  Additional players and coaches are not permitted.  Roster spots cannot be traded between coaches and players (IE: 17 players, 2 coaches).  All rosters must be finalized before June 30th. Player selection is the responsibility of the affiliate. 

All participants (coaches and players) will be required to register through the OSG online registration system in order to complete medical information and sign off on all waivers.  Online registration must be completed on or before June 30th.  The link to the registration system will be posted once it becomes available.
