FR Varsity and MS Track Families! 

This year is shaping up to be another great year of Varsity and Middle School Track!  We are so grateful to have such a large and dedicated team. We also have a wonderful group of volunteers to help coordinate it all. While we already have quite a few volunteers to help the season run smoothly, we still need just a few more. Please consider signing up to volunteer for the positions listed below. 

HS Volunteers Needed:

1. Team Photo Coordinator filled Maureen Busche

Set up date for photos after uniforms distribution and attend shoot. Hand out photos at one of the practices/meets.

2. Meet Coordinator-filled Lori McShea

Make sure coaches have enough volunteers/timers/measuring help for two home meets. 

3. End-of-Season Banquet Assistants filled Melissa Linebug, Christa Snyder, Rachelle McMaster, Fran Jolayemi 

Assist the Banquet Coordinator. 

4. Concessions asst filled Jamie Oaks, Sure Cherepko 

Assist the Concessions Coordinator for our two home meets. 

5. Social Media Coordinator-filled Rachelle McMaster

Photos and announcements via twitter and FB.

6. Casual Photographers filled Jill Cooper and Megan Slezak

Take photos at meets and upload to FR photo site for all to access.

MS Positions needed:

 1. MS Spirit Clothing Coordinator, collect orders/money and distribution of orders all through Log Cabin (clothing already set). filled Autumn Prince

2. MS Uniform Coordinator, organizing handout and collection of uniforms/deposit with Coach filled by Amy Tarantini

3. Volunteers needed for timing and measuring at the home meets. 

4. End-of-Season Party Planners, organizing pizza party in the park. filled by Patty Klenoshek and Carrie VanSoest

5. Concession Stand Coordinator / volunteers, set up and help run the stand. volunteers filled by Grace Daugherty, Mary Rose McGivern and Amy Popies The HS concession parent will get supplies and train you.
