MLW Wiffle Ball

1.)Pacific Predators (17-3): Ryan Kracht showed that he is one of the best in the league on the rubber this postseason. Warda's bat heated up at the perfect time for the Preds, and he showed that he still has that swagger that we saw earlier in his career. This squad went 5-0 in the playoffs en route to their first World Series win in franchise history, proving themselves as without a doubt the best team in the league in 2019.

2.)Eastern Eagles (14-6): Despite getting swept in the World Series, the Eagles had a fantastic team that just couldn't get the big hit when they needed to. Daniel Schultz had a monumental season on the mound, finishing with a 0.17 ERA in the regular season, just shy of perfection. There's nothing for this team to hang their heads about after sweeping the Mallards and appearing in the World Series for the first time since 2016.

3.) Midwest Mallards (10-9): For the first time since joining the league in 2017, the Mallards were unable to come out on top of the National League in the postseason. Coughlin pitched well in the NLCS with only a few hiccups, but the offense failed to capitalize with runners in scoring position several times. Bean was a good late addition for the Mallards, and he is poised for a great rookie campaign during his first full year in 2020.

4.)Coastal Cobras (10-9): This Cobras team had a great regular season, but lost their magic late in the year. Ryan Kracht overwhelmed this team with his arsenal on the mound in the ALDS. Drew Davis had another successful season, and found himself a great sidekick in Sean Flynn. If this team were to add one more stud, they would be the real deal.

5.) Metro Magic (7-10): The Magic surprised a lot of people with the talent they showed in their first season as a franchise. Jack Aigner has found himself a real ace in Kyle Hook, who settled in more and more throughout the year. Aigner also had himself a great season at the dish as well, with a .367 average in 12 games in the regular season. 

6.)Western Wildcats (6-9): 2019 was a season to forget for the Wildcats. We know that this team is much more capable of what they showed, and they were only a few plays away from ending up in the postseason. Expect for Kyle Schultz to possibly look for some new guys to add to the roster to get this team back on track in 2020. 

7.) Downtown Diamondbacks (5-12): The Diamondbacks are a team with great potential, with arguably the most talented all around pitching staff in the league. However, a lack of dedication late in the year hurt this team, and with only 2 guys available for the NLDS, giving them nearly no shot at upsetting the Mallards. If this squad can re-focus, they could be real contenders next year. Gavin Nareski can turn this franchise around.

8.) Great Lakes Gators (2-13): It's no secret that the Gators 2019 campaign was a bit of a learning experience for them. With their inexperienced roster, it was tough for this team to compete. Yet, Brendan Szerlag appears to be a young arm with tremendous upside, if he continues to develop his arsenal. He really needs to put in the time this postseason both working on his craft, and recruiting some dedicated counterparts.
