Also, attached is the standard paper order form that you can also send out to your parents.

NOTE:  Please tell your parents that orders should be placed PRIOR to their players arriving at the photo shoot.

COVID PROTOCOLS

-Encourage everyone to order online ahead of time to minimize contact time at the shoot.

-We will have customer service there to take payment, but the more that can be done at home PRIOR to your arrival, the better.

-PARENTS MUST POSE their child if they need help. Our staff will not be posing each child. Please have someone there that can assist the little ones. The older players should have no problem.

-BRING YOUR OWN SOCCER BALL.  We will not supply shared equipment for all players to use. Either use your own or borrow from a trusted teammate.

-If you need to address a Sports Image Staff Member directly, please wear a mask even if we are outdoors.

-NO MASKS will be worn by players as the photos are taken (unless a parent directs us to do so)

-Team Photo: We will have individual stools for each child to sit on that will be spaced apart from one another.

-Again, PARENTS need to assist the smaller children to help position them during the team photo. Our staff will not be physically handling the players.

-Mask wearing for players during this whole gathering process: Whatever your normal league protocol is works for us.

-The Sports Image staff will be wearing a mask at all times.

-The Sports Image staff will not be supplying hand sanitizers or wipes for the teams, league, players, or parents. Please come equipped.
