2026 JH Parent Code of Conduct

As we enter the start of the 2026 Middle School season we want to remind parents of the following expectations and guidelines. Please read below and sign before your first official game.
1) All Coaches are here as volunteers. They are here to give their time and effort to this program and help your athlete achieve their goals. Parents will be respectful of them and their time. Parents will strive to be supportive of them and help keep the culture of your team positive.

2) Communication with umpires will be done exclusively through the coaching staff. Parents at no point will cause any issues with any calls that are made on the field.

3) If there is anything that you would like to speak to your coach about, never approach them right after a game or practice. Wait a 24 hour cool off period and then communicate with them.

4) Middle School ball is the start of when playing time is more earned and less guaranteed. Having a lot of players lets more girls experience the game but also presents challenges when coaching to compete and rotate players. We will strive to get playing time in but, parents will need to be mindful of this.
