| It is with sadness that the Lisle Astros learned of the passing of Dave Waddell SR., long-time supporter and minor baseball coach.

WADDELL, Roger Michael David "Dave" - Passed away at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in his 80th year. Loving husband of Marilyn. Loving father of Kelley (Murray) Hadley, Kim (Kevin) Adamson, Bill Waddell, and David (Sandi) Waddell. Poppa of Michael, Matt, Mikkie, Holly, and Jesse. Great-grandfather to 5. Brother to Margaret. Predeceased by his parents and siblings James, Raymond, and Doris. A Celebration of Dave's life will be held at the Army Navy Air Force (ANAF) Club (7 George Street, Barrie) on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 4 o'clock p.m. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society - Dementia research or the Canadian Legion Poppy Fund would be appreciated by the family.
