| Patrick Downey has now accomplished something that noone from maryland has ever done......
After winning the NHSCA SENIOR NATIONALS considered the Toughest Folkstyle High School Wrestling Tournament in the United States in April.
Patrick Won the USA JUNIOR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IN FREESTYLE HELD IN FARGO NORTH DAKOTA WHICH IS CONSIDERED THE TOUGHEST HIGH SCHOOL TOURNAMENT IN THE UNITED STATES PERIOD.
He is the ONLY MARYLAND WRESTLER TO WIN BOTH TOURNAMENTS IN THE SAME YEAR!!!

| And doing it after being wrongfully denied his entire Senior year of High School wrestling and capturing the probable third consecutive undefeated State Title is nothing short of miraculous.
