Team Simms Wins 23-2
Highlights:
- OMG Jacob and Holly's team didn't stand a chance. Their pitcher issued seven walks and it could have been higher if we didn't start swinging at anything even remotely close. Jay in particular pulled out his nine iron on one swing (for a hit of course!).
- It was fun to joke with Holly. Wishing her best of luck with her kidney stone.
- Angela caught a ball hit straight up just in front of the plate that was in fair territory. Awesome catch!!!
- What was less awesome was her verbal assault on Jay and Curt after the game for not throwing her a parade about the catch EVEN THOUGH we both were cheering very loudly when she caught it! She later admitted not even knowing what was happening after the catch because she was so unsure what to do next. Grrrrrr
- Not naming names, but there were some boobs flying around today. Somebody may have two black eyes in the morning.
- Cory airmailing a throw to Brandon at second was about the only action the outfield had other than Lori. Jay thanks you for that one Cory!
