The Bulls welcomed Bryce Jarvis back for his first game with the team this season. Bryce was the Bulls starting pitcher today and pitched 5 strong innings for the Bulls.

The Bulls jumped out to an early lead with a run in the top of the first inning. Jay Dixon doubled to score Alec Widmer for the 1-0 lead.

The Bulls upped the lead to 4-0 with a 3-run 3rd inning. Bryce Jarvis got the big hit, a 2-run double to left center which scored Josh Byrd and Davis O'Brien. Alec Widmer followed that with a double of his own to score Jarvis and the 4-0 lead.

The Stars cut the bulls lead to 4-1 in the bottom of the 5th.

The Bulls went up 5-1 in the top of the 6th on Nathan Harrell's double that scored Jay Dixon.

Things then fell apart for the Bulls in the bottom of the 6th with Davis O'Brien relieving Bryce Jarvis and the Stars rallied for 5 runs and a 6-5 lead. Critical play was Bulls failure to get an out at first base on a sac bunt.

The Bulls could not mount a rally (3 up, 3 down) in the top of the 7th and the Stars win 4-0.
