REGISTRATION FEES

Below are our tiered registration fees:

Under-4 thru Under-6 - $80
Under-7 thru Under-10 - $90
Under-11 thru Under-18 - $100

There is a $25 late fee per player after January 31, 2026.

JUNIOR DIVISION
Under-16:  September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010  FULL - CLOSED
Under-15:  September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2011  FULL - CLOSED

KICKERS DIVISION
Under-14:  September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012
Under-13:  September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013

STRIKERS DIVISION
Under-12:  September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2014  FULL - CLOSED
Under-11:  September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015 

WINGS DIVISION
Under-10:  September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2016  FULL - CLOSED
Under-9:  September 1, 2016 through August 31, 2017  FULL - CLOSED

PASSERS DIVISION
Under-8:  September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018  FULL - CLOSED   
Under-7:  September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019

PRE-SCHOOL DIVISION
Under-6:  September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020  FULL - CLOSED
Under-5:  September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021  FULL - CLOSED
Under-4:  September 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022  FULL - CLOSED

RETURN RIGHTS

Returning coaches have return rights to their team name and uniform color. Returning players have return rights to their team, unless otherwise requested by a parent. Coaches or players who skip a playing season lose their return rights.

NOTE:  Return rights will be based on Fall 2025 Season rosters.  Team rosters will be filled on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  Returning players who register after January 31, 2026 or not registered by the time team rosters are filled will lose their return rights.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES

For new players, parents or guardians must bring their child's birth certificate to walk-in registration for age verification. New players who were registered on-line must provide a copy of their birth certificates via E-MAIL.

FREE KID'S MEAL!

Every child registered will receive a free Kid's Meal, courtesy of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar Restaurant. We know there are other youth soccer organizations in the area and this is just our way of thanking you for choosing us!

NO REFUND POLICY

Our league does not issue monetary refunds. If a child is unable to participate prior to the start of the season due to injury or illness as documented by a physician, credit will be issued for the following season. If a family moves out of the San Antonio Metropolitan area prior to the start of the season, credit will be applied towards families who have applied and qualify for financial assistance. If we are unable to place your child on a team, credit will be issued for the following season. Schedule conflicts and/or training location/night requests not being honored are not grounds for a credit. Credit must be requested in writing and emailed to our league Registrar at registrar@saysat.org.
