2015 Holiday Tournament

When:                                  Sunday, January 4th, 2015

 

Where:                                 North Carroll High School, 1400 Panther Drive, Hampstead, MD 21074

 

Weigh-ins:                           Saturday, January 3rd, 5 – 7 pm.  No Weight class changes permitted and no refunds

 

                                               Sunday, January 4th, 7 – 8 am.  No Weight class changes permitted and no refunds

 

Wrestling Starts:             9:30 am on 5 mats.

 

Registration:                     Online:  www.boutmastersllc.com (online registration will close 1/1/2015 at 5pm)

 

                                                Mail –in:  Must be postmarked by December 24th Registration form is listed below.

Entry fee for online registration is $25.  For teams of 12 or more entered and paid for at one time is $20 per wrestler, coaches MUST contact the tournament director to receive the access code for the online entry.

Online/Team Registration:  You can register online and pay via credit card or PayPal account.  Once you have completed the registration AND payment process you will receive a receipt of payment via email from PayPal.  If your payment is not made at the time of registration your information will not be saved and you will not be entered into the tournament.  Online registration guarantees your entry into the tournament. Included in the registration fee is a $2.00 NONREFUNDABLE fee.

 

Spectator Admission:    Adults $5, children are free.

 

Parking:                               Free.  Entrance to the gym is at the back of the school.

 

Concessions:                      Available all day.

 

Awards:                               Trophies will be provided for the top 4 place finishers

 

Length of Bouts:               6th Grade & Under 1-1-1 / Open 1:30-1:30-1:30

 

Weight Classes & Divisions (Age as of 11/30):

 

6th Grade &Under:                          45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115 UNL

 

                15 & Under (No Varsity Exp):     65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 122, 130, 140, 150, 170, HWT

 

Tournament Rules:

 

  • Double elimination, random seeded tournament.  Brackets with 4 or less will wrestle round robin format.

  • Wrestlers can enter more than 1 division, but not two weight classes in the same division. No guaranteed rest between matches.  Headgear and singlets are mandatory
