What Should Attendees Bring To The 1st Session? (2019 Fall Session)
3 Documents (Required for participation):
- Registration Form / Photo Release Form
- Consent, Acknowledgement of Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement
- Authorization for Emergency Treatment
Note: You can find these forms by going to Forms (located at the top of this page) and selecting Flyers, Forms & Handouts.
Registration Fee:
- $10.00 per session paid at the door.
- One Payment - $60.00 for all 7 sessions. (Get 1 Sessions FREE!)
- One Payment - Get another girl from your school and register for all 7 sessions, each girl pays $50.00. (Get 2 Sessions FREE!)
Note: Fees paid by check should be made out to Backyard Training Academy.
We suggest that you bring your own Water Bottle (for water breaks).
And of course, don't forget...your Sneakers. 😊
