Keystone State League uses National Federation of High Schools rules. They do have a few special rules that officials need to know.

1) 25 point rule. If a team goes up in score by 25 points, there will be no kickoff. The team losing gets the ball on the 50 yard line. The losing team can not refuse this. They have to take the ball at the 50 yard line.

2) Once a team gets up in score by 25 points, the clock becomes a running clock. At no time does the clock ever go back to a regulation clock. "CLOCK STAYS RUNNING ONCE A TEAM GOES UP BY 25 POINTS"
Clock will only stop for:
1 - Injury
2 - Time outs
3 - Scores

3) Extra point: Kick = 2 points , Run or throw = 1 point.
