RYR is a volunteer organization that depends on families to volunteer their time to make the season and organization successful. All families are required to volunteer for one of the many volunteer opportunities listed below. If you prefer not to volunteer, a $50.00 Opt-out fee will be added to your registration fee.
- Tackle Coach
- Flag Coach
- Cheer Coach (no experience necessary)
- Team Parent - assist coach with team administrative duties
- Tackle Equipment Committee - assist equipment manager with distribution, maintenance and collection during season
- Website Manager - update website content as required
- Banquet Committee - planning/implementation of year-end celebration
- Snack Stand Managers - purchase food/drink, oversee set-up/tear-down for games
- Fundraising Committee - generate ideas/organize events
- Spirit Wear - selection and sales of RYR items
- Paperwork Collection Committee - assist Admin VP with paperwork collection & organizing team books as requested
- Parent Social Committee - plan and implement parent socials
- Photo Day Coordinator - plan, schedule, & coordinate photo day
- Social Media Manager - input, update and oversee Twitter and Facebook accounts
- Safety Committee - support player safety coordinator to monitor safe practice and game day environments
