Tipp City Junior Baseball & Softball

Here is what you need to know:

Arrive Time:  Please arrive 15 minutes early.  See schedule.

Location:  The location is Church of the Nazarene, 1221 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371

Pictures packages:  See attached.  Pictures packages will be available on site.

Second Date for Make-ups:  Umpires, E League, 14U softball and a couple non-listed teams will have a different date.  Individual can be made up after the teams go.  The date will be May 8, 2019 at Kyle Park (fields #9 & #10).  Please text Norman at 937.216.3339 to be added to the list.

   Uniforms

       Uniforms will be available until Friday or Saturday.  DO NOT CONTACT our vendor.  Commissioners will contact the vendor and pass them out to your coach.  Please contact your coach with questions.

        What if something does not fit?

§  Pants:  Our vendor will handle pant exchanges directly.    All pants will be black this year.  If you league does not supply pants, it is our recommendation to buy black pants.

§  Non-Pants Items:  Please contact your coach who will contact your commissioner.

§  Names on the back of your shirt:  It is up to your coach.  Coaches may gather up the jerseys after pictures are taken.  Our vendors will add names to entire team for about $4 per shirt.  It is a discretion and responsibility of your head coach.

o   Different leagues will receive different attire based on feedback.  Please see the attached matrix.  T Ball, F Minor, F Major, E League, 12U softball & 14U softball will not receive pants this year.
