NWWC: Northwest Washington's Premier Wrestling Club

NWWC is a distinguished member of USA Wrestling and the premier Folkstyle, Freestyle & Greco-Roman wrestling club in Northwest Washington. Over the last eight years, NWWC wrestlers have amassed 785 State Championship Medals, 195 Individual State Titles, 71 USAW All-American Honors, 4 UWW All-American Honors, 5 Freestyle National Championships, 4 Greco-Roman National Championships, 2 Folkstyle National Titles and over $200,000 in College Wrestling Scholarships. In 2019, NWWC was ranked among USA Wrestling's Top 50 Clubs nationwide for the seventh consecutive year (ranked #5). Follow this year's accomplishments (major tournaments) as they get posted below.


Weekend Wrestling Results

Six NWWC wrestlers traveled far and wide over the weekend of October 11th to compete at two of the most competitive pre-season wrestling tournaments in the United States. William and Samuel Moran of Gig Harbor traveled south to Fresno, CA to compete at the 2019 California World Challenge while Stone Hartford of Port Orchard, Mitchell Neiner of Port Orchard and Thor and Lars Michaelson of Bremerton traveled east to Greensboro, NC to compete at the 2019 Super 32 Challenge. Altogether, the six boys wrestled twenty-three matches and returned home with four medals. Congratulations boys.

2019 RMN Cosmic Clash

Two NWWC wrestlers traveled to Denver, CO over the weekend of September 27 to compete under the black lights of the 2019 RMN Cosmic Clash. Both athletes recorded a pair of wins and finished 5th in their division. Congratulations to both wrestlers.
