Smithsburg Little Sluggers December Meeting Minutes

• Attendees: Travis Hoffman, Steve Pitsnogle, Greg Smith, Rachel Malagari, Laurie Shifler, Nick Petkovic

• Meeting was held at Smithsburg Fire Hall on December 6, 2022 at 6 pm

• Approve of Minutes:
  Meeting minutes were approved for October: Rachel made a motion to approve and was 2nd by Greg.

• Treasure’ s report:
  Rachel Malagari was officially voted in as new league treasurer. All bills are current.
  Rachel made a motion to approve the Treasure’s report and was 2nd by Greg

• Player:
  Jake was not there, Nick will get with him. Travis will step in as acting player agent.

• Concession:
  Valley Protein picked up all 4 barrels of oil. Greg and Laurie are going to go Callas field next week and make sure that concession stand is shut down.

  Shed at Callas, slab was not poured for some reason, Greg is working on taking care of this.
