Payment Information

Registration from this website will reserve a spot for your team in the tournament for a selected number of days.

If you register your team...
Before January 1, your deadline for submitting payment is February 15.

If you register your team.....
Between Jan 1 and April 1, your deadline for payment is thirty (30) days from your time of registration.

If you register your team....
Between April 1 and May 1, your deadline for payment is fifteen (15) days from the time of registration.

Teams Registrations after May 1 will not be held a spot in the tournament without payment in full.

Refund Policy

Teams who participate in the tournament are dependent on other teams for a great weekend of Baseball. The chaos and confusion of teams withdrawing "last minute" is something that the Battle at Fort Niagarawishes to avoid. If your team is "State-Bound" or has the possibility of progressing in any ladder event, we ask that you try to enter as a late entry rather than hold a spot and with draw.

Full Refunds will be given up to Sixty (60) Days before the beginning of the tournament.

50% Refunds will be given if a team withdraws between 30 and 60 days before a tournament.

There will be no refunds of any team who withdraws thirty (30) days or less before the beginning of the Battle at Fort Niagara.
