| In one of your posts you mention a "rover". Can you explain?

| A "rover" is one of several coaches that travel from team to team within an organization to offer instruction to players. The Mets (and other organizations) want to be sure they're teaching the same fundamentals and philosophy to their players at all levels. The rovers are the experts that make sure things are taught correctly and consistently. They also have input into which players get moved up and down within the organization. Currently, we have the head infield rover, a couple pitching rovers, and an outfield rover in town to work with us in extended spring training.
