WELCOME TO CNOBF 2026 - IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

To all Team Managers, Representatives and Players,

As we near the end of 2025, the Executive Board and I would like to extend our warm wishes to you and your families this holiday season.

As we look ahead to 2026, I would like to pass along the following information:

Our 2026 National Tournament will be held in Red Deer, Alberta, and surrounding municipalities.

DATES:  Friday July 31 – Monday August 3, 2026

Preparations are well underway with the help of Blair Hanna and his tournament committee.

New for 2026, there will be a 70+ division.  Stay tuned for more information on that!

60+ Division – Players need to be 60 years of age by Dec. 31, 2026

-          maximum of four (4) underage players allowed who are 58 years of age or older by Dec. 31, 2026.

-          Only one (1) of the underage players is allowed to pitch in the tournament.

50+ Division – Players need to be 50 years of age by Dec. 31, 2026.

-          NO underage players are allowed!

43+ Division – Players need to be 43 years of age by Dec. 31, 2026

-          NO underage players are allowed!

33+ Division – Players need to be 33 years of age by Dec. 31, 2026.

-          NO underage players are allowed!

TEAMS:

If your team is interested in, or planning to attend the 2026 tournament, please inform Tim Lessard / Rich Knight at your earliest convenience so we can pencil you in.  The number of teams committed will dictate how many ball parks Blair Hanna and his committee will need to secure.

ENTRY FEE:

$1,000 per Team

2026 DEADLINES:

March 1, 2026 Final date to submit your team’s intentions to play in the 2026 tournament.

April 25, 2026 – Final day to submit your team’s $400 deposit to hold your place.

June 15, 2026 – Final day to submit your team’s final payment.

A list of available hotels will follow as soon as the information is received from the tournament committee.
