I do feel that Jonathan played an outstanding game today however, showing great individual effort. There is absolutely nothing we can do about this now, it is over and done with but I will say this. IF you boys do NOT give more effort, play better soccer and you do not show that you really want to win............ Well then you are in for a very very long season full of disappointment. |

March 5, 2006 8:32:37 AM Entry ID: 785648 | Great game yesterday dawgs. Tha score did not reflect how well you guys played - and dominated. The game could easily have been 9 or 10 to 1. The dawgs really stepped it up (for the full 50 minutes). I really liked the way you ALL played with forwards coming back, defense supporting and all players moving (with and without the ball). You guys really played smart out there and kept looking for open men, especially on free kicks, quick corners and throw-ins. Kudos to Nolan on an outstanding game and hat trick. |

If you take away my 3 postings, we actually had 6 whole responses. Keep up the great work folks :) The overall results are posted in the forum for those who actually might care. Oh and PS.... For those who didn't find it interesting enough to respond to the other Forum question. Should I decide to take a team to an out of state tournament and you don't get asked to go try not to be so shocked !!! Have a nice day all :) |

January 8, 2006 8:40:47 PM Entry ID: 745568 | To the guys who played under the Lawn dawgs name today in Stony Brook. Although we did finish 3rd behind only the Mass Scorpions and the East Islip Elite and the fact that you guys showed some really nice passes, touches, while overall playing good. I would be untruthful if I didn't say I was disappointed. When we let a victory against the Nassau Major, undefeated champions slip through our fingers, well that hurt. Had you guys held the 2-0 lead we had to win that game, we would have been the first seeded team with the points and would have played in the final game for 1st or at worst 2nd place. It is behind us now and the only thing we can do about it is try to learn from it. This bracket of teams was no joke and finishing 3rd is good, I just still in my heart know we are a better team then that. We are getting there, we just have to want it more. See you all Wednesday night at KK... |

You guys won 4 out of 5 games played and had 15 goals for and only 2 goals against. That is a great showing boys. Almost everyone of you gave everything you have today and that is what I am proudest about you for. Way to never let up !!!!! |
