Team Member entrance. NE side of the stadium between the Verizon and Ecolab gates.

Aramark will be outside with the badges. Once you  have your badge, go through security and up the ramp to the NPO sign in tables. You will also need to get a red U.S.Bank ID badge.

If you are a stand lead or need a badge (MHOSPITALITY & U.S.Bank) see the NPO table before going through security and I will give you those badges.

For Stand Leads 

Money pick-up will be on the main concourse by the check in table.

You will need an ID to receive your bank.  Also, you will need the card you picked up on the concourse when you sign in.  

PARKING

Parking is provided free.  You park in the designated ramp and take the bus to the stadium.  Vouchers are sent out the week before the game for the bus.  Bring your ramp parking ticket with you to validate when you sign in.

APPEARANCE

Uniform policy

Volunteers  should wear full length black pants, black socks, and black shoes.

o   Pant styles shall NOT include denim, yoga pants, sweat pants, wind pants, cargo pants, capris, leggings, corduroy pants, etc.

• Shoes should be ALL black with no colored logos or soles.

**Uniform pick up will take place at check in by location. (In front of Verizon Gates).

·         Volunteers will be assigned a shirt or apron as appropriate to their position. This shirt should be worn to all shifts. Shirts should be tucked in.Black pants, black shoes. Black undershirt only.  

CHECK-OUT (Stand Leads)

Make sure your stand is cleaned and check with the concession supervisor/stand lead before you leave.

Money leads will need to come to the event level (-2) for money drop. Bring the black 3-ring binder inventory book with you and drop with the people collecting your bank.

At the end of each game uniforms and red badges will be collected at the Team Member entrance/exit.

TEAM TRAINING
