Please read all the info below! PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for any in person training.
If interested in volunteering please contact Jeff and Jill Tallman (cdhtrain@gmail.com) with your name, home phone number, and the name/year of your child at CDH. Once submitted, consider yourself registered.
Each venue has different training requirements and they need to be completed prior to signing up to work. Please do not sign up to work events until after you have attending and or completed all required training.

1) 2018 Online Responsible Alcohol Test
You WILL NOT be allowed to work the 2018 Season until you complete and pass
the NRA Alcohol Training on-line test.

Read all materials and click next to go to next page. You will then be able to take the test.

Once you have completed the test and you submit your answers, it will ask for the manager’s e-mail address, please enter :

The results will be e-mailed back to us, we will print it as proof you completed the on-line training.
2) You will then need to attend the Training Class.

Dress Code: Please ensure that you are wearing the proper uniform, khaki pants (shorts or capris) and black slip resistant shoes. You must wear socks. They will provide a uniform shirt and hat. They will send you home if you aren't appropriately dressed and the group will be charged a no show fee.
U of M - includes TCF Stadium, Williams Arena, Ridder Arena, Mariucci Arena
Minimum age is 16yrs old for hockey/basketball/baseball. 18 + needs to have TEAM training to work TCF.
All volunteers need to be TEAM trained for alcohol service.
1) If you need to be TEAM trained (alcohol training). Please attend one of the following dates of TEAM Training: - 6pm-8pm
Xcel Energy Center (Levy Corp)- minimum age 18 yrs

Please understand that you must complete the on-line training before you are allowed to work. When Live Responsible Alcohol Training Classes are scheduled you will be notified.
