T318 - 2025 Ransburg Registration - Crossover Scouts
This form is to register for 2025 Ransburg Summer Camp which is from Sunday, June 29 to Saturday, July 5.
This Registration is for NEW (Crossover) Scouts only.
The deadline for Crossover Registration is May 10th . However, classes fill up and spots may not be available the longer you wait.
Summer camp is located in Bloomington, IN and gives the Scouts the opportunity to earn merit badges and to advance in rank. A week at summer camp is one of the best investments you can make in the development of the scouts.
Early Bird Rate is $515 for Scouts if paid in full by 4/15/2025.
Regular Rate is $540 if paid in full between 4/15 and 5/10/2025.
$235 for Adults due by 5/10/2025
There is a $50 deposit for Crossover Scouts.

Summer Camp Policy
All fees are non-transferable. This includes between attendees within the same registration.
Cancellations and refund requests are only accepted due to medical reasons and must be submitted within two weeks after the scheduled session of camp. A doctor's note is required for refund requests.
A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed in all cases.
Refunds are processed within six to eight weeks of receipt and are returned to the original payer and in the original form of payment.
There are no refunds due to weather unless an entire camp session is canceled by the council.
