CANCELLATION: The troop will be paying for registration on August 15th, and again on September 11. If we have paid, the PTAC registration fee is not refundable. Meal will be refunded until September 14, 2025. ($15)

Cost: $45.00 per scout/adult (if register before Aug 14 - $30 camporee and $15 food). $60 after Aug 14 ($45 camporee and $15 food).

We will be preparing food via the patrol method. We are not purchasing the meal plan. There will be food available in the concession area and a trading post. Plan on bringing money if you would like to purchase items.

THIS CAMPOUT WILL BE USING THE PATROL METHOD
The Scouts with their patrol members are responsible to purchase (as a patrol) their food for the weekend.

Friday Night Cracker barrel, Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (Sunday Grab and go has been discontinued).

The adults have duties on the campouts.
The adults cooks for themselves. The adults do get reimbursed for the food you purchased for the meals.
If you cook the meal, you do not clean up. We do need two adults to pull the trailers.
