T318 - February Campout - X-County Skiing or Snow Shoeing 2/13/2026 to 2/15/2026

Sign-up is now open for the Troop 318 February Campout.
The Campout is February 13-February 15, 2026 at Camp Betz

The deadline for sign-up is Sunday February 1, 2026.

Join Troop 318 for some winter camping and fun snow sports in February!

The program will include a trip to Love Creek County Park. After that, we will head back to Camp Betz for more winter fun.

Scouts may sleep in a tent (get camping nights) in or in a cabin (no camping nights, but still a good time). Right now we have the North and South Cabin.

This is the last camping opportunities prior to OA Elections in February.

This is a cold weather camp out. Scouts need to be prepared.

Scouts may share a tent, provided the following criteria are met:
1) They want to share a tent together
2) They are the same gender and less than 730 day apart in age (no age limit for siblings of the same gender)


For Scouts who have not yet earned the Camping MB, you may have the opportunity to complete one of the requirements of 9b, provided there is snow.

If not, there is the possibly of earning the Polar Bear Award,
which requires camping for 24 hours in temperatures below 32 degrees.

Cost: $30 per person. Scouts will need to choose either Cross County Skiing or Snow Shoeing. Costs are $5 for snow shoeing and skiing (if the scout is under 15), and $10 for skiing for those over 15 years old.



CANCELLATION: TO AVOID PAYING THE CAMPING FEES YOU MUST NOTIFY MR. GRABOWY BY February 8, 2026.
