Map and Compass Camporee



Sign-up deadline is Thursday, April 13th.
Patrol menus due Thursday, April 16th.

Troop Fees are $30 for Scouts and $30 for Troop Guides / Adults.
The Troop fee includes a $15 fee that goes to the District. Do not register though PTAC for this event. the troop will handle that registration.

Cost: $30.00 per Scout and $30.00 per Adult/Troop Guide



This will be an excellent opportunity for new Scouts to learn important map and compass skills. It will also give older Scouts a chance to teach, mentor, and guide younger Scouts as they build those skills.



The weekend will also include a recognition ceremony for Scouts who have been honored with an invitation to join the Order of the Arrow, Scouting?s National Honor Society.



Goodenow Grove is a beautiful campground and a great nearby location for this event.

The Scouts with their patrol members are responsible to purchase (as a patrol) their food for the weekend.

Friday Night Cracker barrel, Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday - Breakfast

The adults have duties on the campouts.
The adults cooks for themselves. The adults do get reimbursed for the food you purchased for the meals.
If you cook the meal, you do not clean up. We do need two adults to pull the trailers.
