Subject: Mandatory Midweek Division Meeting – American & Semi-Pro Divisions

Please be present at the Mandatory Midweek Meeting:

📍 Location: 9 Parkdale Place, Marlton, NJ (Come around to the back entrance)


Meeting Agenda:

The following will be discussed and voted on by Team Managers in the American and Semi-Pro Midweek Divisions.


Midweek Division Definitions & Policies

  • Midweek: Games scheduled Monday – Thursday.
    ⚠️ This definition is NOT up for debate during the season.
    ❌ Teams CANNOT cancel games because they fall on a Monday or Tuesday.
    ✅ Games may be played on Saturday or Sunday but must be mutually approved by both teams.

  • Semi-Pro Division: Considered more competitive than the American Division.


Important Rules & Procedures

  1. Decisions made at this meeting are final for the entire season and playoffs.

  2. Managers have 72 hours after the meeting to submit any corrections to the Meeting Minutes (which will be posted on the league website homepage).

  3. Managers or teams not represented at this meeting will have NO input or voting rights.

  4. Please explain to your players: Managers make the rules, schedules, and playoff formats.

  5. Any issues that arise during the season should be brought up at next year’s meeting with a proposed solution. Issues will not be addressed mid-season.


2026 Season Outline:

  • Regular Season (13 Weeks)

    • Week of: May 4, 11, 18, 26 (No game Monday, May 25 – Memorial Day)

    • Week of: June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

    • Week of: July 6, 13, 20, 27

  • Playoffs: August 3 – 17


At the Meeting:

  • League Fees will be collected

  • Schedules will be handed out

  • Baseballs and Scorebooks will be distributed
