Rick Sylvester has over 30 years of coaching youth sports at the local, travel and high school level. For the past 6 years he has been a Head Coach with the Rochester Lady Lions organization. In addition, he has served as a Board Member and Treasurer for Eastside Little league. He is currently the Varsity Head Softball Coach at Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women.
