PERRY HALL JUNIOR WRESTLING RETURNS FOR THE 2022-2023 SEASON at PERRY HALL HIGH SCHOOL
Registration for the winter season will be held in the Perry Hall High School Wrestling Room next to the gymnasium (use the back entrance next to the ballfields following the paved sidewalk from the parking lot to the gym entrance).
on October 30th and November 6th from 9am to 10am (Optional Practice begins at 9am on both days)
REGULAR SEASON practice will begin on November 7th at 6:30pm on Monday and Wednesday Nights.
Match/Event Schedule still to be determined we are looking at options best suited for our program and will post that information ASAP.
For boys and girls ages 6 through 14 (beginner to advanced) All Wrestlers must bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration. Passport or State issued ID also acceptable.
COST $100.00 per wrestler, $75.00 for additional wrestler from same family
CHECK OR CASH (Checks payable to PHRC Wrestling, CHECKS THAT BOUNCE additional $50.00 fee will be assesed and that payment will only be accepted as CASH payment.
Team Warm Ups and Gear will be available through an ONLINE TEAM STORE more info to follow

We are a travel program that is part of the MJWL (Maryland Junior Wrestling League) which is generally the Baltimore Metro area we compete vs other community teams in that area. We are planning on rebuilding the program post covid with a combination of wrestlers we've had all along and new wrestlers with the idea of being a community based feeder for the local high school programs in BCPS.
All Coaches are Recreation Council approved and have additonal certifications through USAW / NFHS or MPSSAA.

Season about halfway through at this point, Progress has been slow and steady as predictable with a TEAM full of new guys........ This past weekend at Sparrows Point things are starting to look as though they are coming together!

Great push at the end for PH junior wrestlers - congratulations to the team and coaches for bringing this group of young wrestlers together and this far so quickly everyone should be proud....
At the end of the year League Age/Weight event the team had alot of success....

After that event some of the wrestlers tested themselves at the MD JUNIOR WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS at Harford Arena a few guys won some matches and i think they are better for the experience as they got the chance to experience the next level!
