FIRST TRYOUT: SATURDAY 6/25 4-6PM at HOLBROOK LITTLE LEAGUE'S MINOR AAA FIELD..... Coaches Chris Rathbauer and Vito Gallina are looking to start a new 11U travel baseball team beginning this fall season. It will then turn into a 12U team come the spring 2017. Eligible players can not turn 13 before May 1 2017. That is the age that your child was signed up to play. if you are not sure of your child's "League Age, you should ask your Coach.... "Nominated" 8 yr olds who played in Minor AAA will also be allowed to tryout.... All Players will be signed in before the tryout. ... No one will be allowed to tryout if they do not meet the above criteria.... This team will play in the BARNEGAT LL TOURNAMENT that runs from July 9th - July 24th. If you are going on Vacation, or cannot committ to practices and games over the next 6 weeks, please do not have your son tryout. |

Special presentation of All-Star Trophies at 7:15 to our 2015 District Champion 10yr olds & District 18 & Section 3 Champion 12 year olds!!... Saturday will see 3 Major Baseball Teams continue to fight for the last 2 Playoff spots, while other games will determine seedings!! Sunday USABL Travel Playoffs and Championship Games in several divisions from 9am to 7pm!!... | Tony D McAuliffe Softball Champions May 25, 2016 1:04:05 PM Entry ID: 2074358 | McAuliffe Softball Team Wins the Ocean County Middle School Blue Division Championship!!.... McAuliffe Middle School defeated Barnegat 5-3 in a back and forth game today to win the Ocean County Middle School Blue Division Championship..... Ashley Tavaska pitched 7 innings and outlasted her opponent in a pitchers duel that ran into the top of the 6th when McAuliffe tied after trailing 3-2. In the 7th, the McAuliffe bats came alive and they added two insurance runs followed by a 1-2-3 inning for the Championship!... The Lions finished their season 11-1, with their only loss coming to the 2nd place Lacey Lions... The CHAMPIONS are... ASHLEIGH TAVASKA ,EMILY DUBIAGO,EMILY SANBEG, LAUREN CANNESTRO, ERIN STILTON ,SHAYLA NAGLE, TORI CUNDY , SKYLAR KOWALSKI, KRISTEN DONZA, VANESSA MARZZULLO,NICOLETTE CONOVER, JESSICA CANNESTRO, ASHLEY MEYER,GABRIELLA DEJESUS, MADISON REILLY ,DOMINIQUE DELUCIA, AVA DOLIAS, NADIA HARGAIN, ALEXA MARCHISOTTO, JULIANNA MARTIN.... By defeating Pinelands 7-0 last week, the Lions clinched their 3rd straight Division Championship!! ... The Team finished 12-0 in their Conference, for their second consecutive undefeated Division Championship... They were 13-1-1 overall including "B" games... The tie coming against cross-town rival Goetz Middle School at BlueClaws Stadium, back in April.... The Division CHAMPIONS are... Carl Barth, Luke Brown, Tim Duffy, Ryan Gallacher, Jimmy Harley, Shane Hickey, Lance Hobbs, Dan Keenan, Brandon Kinsman, Gavin Kus, Tim Lentini, Gavin Maarberg, John Nimeth, Jimmy Pica, Jacob Tafrow, RJ Vashey, Jack Weiser & Sean Yurgel... Almost all of the boys are from Holbrook, and most are still currently playing. (There are even some Brewers on the list!!)... Congratulations boys....You made Holbrook LL proud!!! |
